Six different models
Six basic AutoTest 4 models have been pre-configured to meet most common QC and IPC requirements. Additional accessories and options to further extend their capabilities are available for all models.

AutoTest 4 "Standard"
Standard model with vibratory bowl feeder and linear feed track to meet all common QC and IPC requirements. Suited for both stand-alone operation and automatic IPC. Can be extended with 12-magazine feeder, air transport system and various other options.
AutoTest 4-SC
Automatic tester with sample collector in front. Ideal for IPC and for positioning under tablet presses with low height of the outlet. For easily moving the AutoTest 4-SC on the production floor, this model features integrated wheels.
AutoTest 4-RC
Automatic tablet tester with elevated sample collector in front. Collection bins remain visible throughout the entire process. The AutoTest 4-RC can be used in combination with a transport trolley for easy and vibration-resistant positioning on the production floor.
AutoTest 4-HC
Compact tablet tester with integrated sample collector. The collection bins are inside an extendable drawer for minimum space requirements. With a total height of 737 mm the AutoTest 4-HC still fits under the outlet of most tablet presses.
L-Model
For direct tablet press integration with single tablet feeding capability, the AutoTest 4-L without vibratory bowl feeder reduces overall test cycle time. Single tablets are fed directly onto the linear feed track for sequential measuring. Also available with integrated sample collector.
B-Model
For custom applications (e.g. integration with a third party handling system), the AutoTest 4-B is equipped with a belt feed. Feeding is activated by the external device after a test sample has been placed on the belt. This feeding principle can also be used for tablet presses with single tablet feeding capability.
